- Cancellation by the customer: The customer may cancel an order free of charge if the cancellation is made at least two hours before the service time. If the customer cancels after this period, does not show up, or is not at the location specified in the app, the full amount is charged and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
- Cancellation by the service provider (instant services): The service provider may cancel an order without consequences if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the service time. Cancelling with less than 4 hours’ notice may lead to an account review and action by management.
- Cancellation by the service provider (pre-scheduled services): For services booked in advance and not requested on the same day, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the service time; otherwise it is considered a late cancellation.
- If the service is not provided, does not match its description, or is of unacceptable quality, the customer may submit a refund request supported by evidence. The case is assessed by the Sinad support team, which reserves the right to reject unjustified requests.
- Gifted services: If a gifted service expires unused, the amount is automatically refunded to the gift sender’s in-app wallet. The amount is refunded in cash only if the service provider was unable to perform the service.
- Refund processing time: Eligible requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days, and the amount is returned to the in-app wallet or to the original payment method where technically possible.
- Exceptions: The refund policy does not cover: a change of mind after the service is provided, dissatisfaction with a price that was shown in advance, or not using the service without a formal cancellation.
